Servodriven A-B Stacker & Sweeper Alternative of the robot stacker for A-B or A-B-C stacking. It enables A-B stacking inside the upstacker frame walls. “A” product line goes under “B” line with a servo motor driven mechanism. Another servomotor drives the counted stacked products on to the conveyor. A-B or A-B-C stacking is possible with actual forming speeds.

KMD 78 Tool Compatibility

The TS-K80 is compatible with KMD 78 forming tools. KMD 78 cutting tools can be used after modification with an adaptor plate, and with the optional KMD 78 type stacker unit your existing stacker tools can be used as well. A forming depth of 160 mm and a stroke of 170 mm provide a generous working range for deep products.

Configuration and Options

The machine is available as TS-K80/3 with forming, cutting and standard stacker stations, or as TS-K80/4 in a 4-station frame that can take an optional hole punching station. Options such as hydraulic roll lifting, pre-heating system, black ceramic heaters, servo-driven plug assist, robot stackers and low-level handling conveyors let you configure it to your needs.
