INPAK inline glueing station

Inline Glueing

  • Adhesive application directly on the thermoforming line, without a separate off-line process
  • Glueing of the sealing surface or of additional components onto the formed product
  • Glueing station positioned after forming and synchronised with the machine cycle
  • Can be combined with inline padding on the same line
INPAK inline padding station

Inline Padding

  • Inline placement of absorbent pads into trays, e.g. for meat, poultry and fish packaging
  • Pad feeding and placement synchronised with the machine cycle
  • Available as a single inline station or together with glueing
  • Less manual handling, floor space and intermediate storage

Inline Camera Control

  • Vision systems for inspecting formed products on the line
  • Detection of faulty parts before stacking
  • Camera and lighting mounting designed into the machine frame
  • Camera signals and alarms integrated into the INPAK machine control

Inline Features for INPAK Thermoforming Machines

Modern packaging production is about more than forming and cutting. Many products need glueing, absorbent pads, quality inspection or labels before they leave the line. With Inline Features, INPAK integrates these steps directly into the thermoforming machine, so your products leave the stacker ready for packing.

From Forming to a Finished Pack in One Line

Inline stations work in the same cycle as the machine. This removes separate off-line processes, reduces manual handling and saves floor space. Inline stations can be added to all INPAK /3 and /4 machines as well as to TSR in-mould cutting machines. One station (glueing or padding) or two stations (glueing for the sealing surface plus padding) can be combined.

Available Inline Options

  • Inline glueing – adhesive application on the sealing surface or for additional components
  • Inline padding – absorbent pad placement for meat, poultry and fish trays
  • Inline camera control – vision inspection of formed products before stacking
  • Inline labelling – product, brand and traceability labels applied on the line

Engineering Partnership with Solution Suppliers

INPAK is an engineering company. For third-party inline solutions such as glueing, padding, camera control or labelling, we agree the required mechanical and electronic configuration with the supplier’s R&D centre in the background and update our own machine accordingly. You receive one integrated line with a single machine control.

INPAK-Specific Custom Projects

Beyond third-party systems, INPAK also offers small or comprehensive developments designed directly by our engineering team. Tell us about your product and your production challenge – together we will develop the right solution. Contact us to discuss your project.
