Introducing the TS-L80 Thermoforming Machine – RDK 80 Compatible
INPAK has added a new model to its TS series: the TS-L80 Thermoforming Machine. Its forming, punching and cutting stations are designed to be compatible with RDK 80 tools, allowing manufacturers with an existing RDK 80 tool park to run their moulds on an INPAK machine.

- Forming, punching and cutting stations compatible with RDK 80 tools
- Max. mould size of 800 x 580 mm and max. forming depth of 140 mm
- 4-column, servo-driven forming station with 800 kN clamping force
- Up to 75 cycles per minute (dry cycle)
- Film width up to 840 mm; film thickness up to 1.5 mm for PET, CPET, PP, PVC, PS, OPS and PLA
- RDK 80 type stacker with down stacking, robot stacker and side servo A-B options
- B&R industrial PC control with 18.5” colour touch screen
