Clarification Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

This disclosure notification, prepared within the scope of the protection of personal data, is a general lighting notification within the framework of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, which is applied throughout our company, whose company title is given below.

As İnpak Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş, we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this context, we process your personal data in the capacity of “Data Controller” in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPA”), within the scope of the purposes and limits set forth below, and we take utmost care to take the necessary administrative and technical measures accordingly. For this reason, we would like to inform you about our processing of your personal data through this “Disclosure Notice on the Processing of Personal Data” and about your rights of our valued guests and visitors arising from the Law No. 6698 and GDPR regulation within the framework of the PDPA law.

1- Collection, Processing and Purposes of Personal Data;

Although your personal data may vary depending on the commercial activity given by our Company, it may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, offices, branches, dealers, sales representatives, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means.
In order to benefit from our company’s products and services, your personal data can be processed by creating your personal data on the date you start to receive service or updating it as long as our commercial activities continue. In addition, your personal data may be processed when you attend trainings, seminars or organizations organized by our Company.

Your collected personal data is carried out by our business units in order to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company, Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and those who have a business relationship with our Company (Administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company, Ensuring the physical security and control of the locations of the Company, Our business partners/customers/suppliers/Branches (authorized or employees) evaluation processes, legal compliance process, financial affairs etc.) may be transferred to authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPA Law.
Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media in order to provide the products and services we offer by the Company within the determined legal framework in line with the above-mentioned purposes, and in this context, to fulfill the contractual and legal responsibilities of our Company completely and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPA Law and for the purposes stated above.

3- Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media in order to provide the products and services we offer by the Company within the determined legal framework in line with the above-mentioned purposes, and in this context, to fulfill the contractual and legal responsibilities of our Company completely and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPA Law.

Rights of Personal Data Owners Listed in Article 11 of the PDPA Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;

* Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
* If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
* Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
* Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
* Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
* Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDPA Law and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
* Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
* In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the PDPA Law, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing in accordance with the PDPA Law. In this context, the channels and procedures through which you will submit your application in writing to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the PDPA Law are explained below.
